about

a lot of my life seems to be one of a few things. a lethargic slog through the same places, not remembering things, a depressive funk where I want the days to end, or something that I feel is normal, but I can barely place my finger on what can constitute as normal now. I fear that these patterns of lethargy and melancholy aren't temporary, but permanent. On this record, my most fleshed out, well constructed and well produced record to date, I have decided to channel this into creating a slow burner, a heavy low trudge into the feeling of being stuck, while (for me and my listeners benefit) wringing out those moments in that ennui that can't be expressed through words due to their beauty and power.

This album was worked on from March 2nd to March 25th, and was mixed, mastered and made entirely in Garageband on my restricted school laptop that doesn't allow me to install internet plug ins, and further edited in Audacity.
